• Detailed layouts and FF&E guide

• Full FF&E sourcing schedule

• Fabric and finishings schedule including a samples board

• 3D Renders of the room with proposed furniture and finishings included

Plus any of the following, depending on the scope of the project:

• Window treatment proposal and elevation drawings

• Bespoke joinery design

• Paint schedule

• Electrical and lighting plans

• Art, Accessories and plant sourcing

• Contractor briefing documents

• FF&E Procurement with access to discounted trade prices

Following the design service, we can manage the implementation of the design including producing contractor briefing documents, recommending reliable and reputable contractors and managing them on site. As well as procurement, storage and installation of products.

We manage the process so that you only have one point of contact for your renovation.

You may just need a bit of advice to get started, be partially through a project and have hit a creative block or you need some support to manage contractors
